I’ll never buy another Fibaro device again. Products aren’t that bad but they don’t stand behind them.

@subtreasury70 what do you suggest?

@fredfreda as far as support goes - the company founder is right here on Facebook and works with people all the time. Definitely a good guy.

Pretty much only use them in my house. Had them for 3 years and no issues on the dimmers. Only use one motion sensor though, and its still holding strong for about 1 1/2 years

@williemaewillies I have a lot of these and find them slow to detect movement and send to hub. I have just upgraded firmware hoping this helps. How have yours been?

@mythology43802 great. I have three. Very accurate compared to Meross.

I think most Fibaro stuff is good - but I'd steer clear of their RGBW LED strip controllers - I've had no end of problems with those.

Used Fibaro for years. Dimmer 2, RGBW and relay modules all great. Their motion sensors are no good though for LUX levels and association.

I've used the dimmers for many years and have found them pretty good. A couple have failed within 5 years. The door contact sensors can be problematic and are easy to reset when changing batteries. Battery life is not good in high traffic areas and I replaced them with wired/battery-less sensors in these locations. The 3-in-1 motion 'eye' sensor is poor. Battery life is bad, latency is very poor for proper occupancy applications and to save battery life, they sleep for quite long periods. Depends on your application though, they could work. For PIR sensors, I always used wired, to get the reliability and performance I need.

They are good, but lately I have switched over to Aeotec products. Their technology is more advanced in my opinion and also work better with my controller (HomeSeer) as they are not a closed shop like Fibaro is. But both are good products that are reliable.
