We have wired window sensors and I think wired door sensors. I found and connected the window ones, but the door sensors don't look like they actually have a sensor in the frame. You can see a button like plug in the frame but nothing is actually connected. Ideas on how to figure that out?

Most are pre wired but the magnet side is not installed in the door. Super easy to do. I put a continuity tester on wires and run a magnet back and forth to confirm they are wired and locate which doors go where. You can also use a tone generator.

Are you saying the receiver is wired and I just need to add the magnet to the door itself? I hope you are right because that will make life much easier, Thank you.

@sparklesparkler that’s the way mine was. There is no board in my house. I’m using Konnected to trigger my doors. The sensor is in the frame and wired back to my bedroom closet. No magnet I’m the door. So I bought a set, identified which wires were where and hooked it up.

Thank you, I'll give one of them a try. I have the Konnected Alarm panel v2, so if I find the wiring I should be able to hook it up. In my install video I only hooked up the window sensors since I had those figured out. now maybe I can automate the doors too.
