Im looking at getting an inexpensive 4k 50 inch smart TV. I am looking in the 300$ price range. Currently eyeing a Insignia because it has the firetv built in. Any suggestions on which one I should go with? There are several in this price range to choose from.

I bought a Hisense 65" 4k smarttv from Walmart and it's great so far, no problems at all for $289.

Tim. Jeez a 65 for 289. That's incredible. I have only seen 50-55 in the 300 price range.

Flip a coin - this price range you have to understand what you are buying is “disposable” and if it craps out in 18-24 months you have to be okay with it. Personally TCL Series 4 is great in this range and budget. That’s what we use in kids rooms, garage, and workout room. I do have a 50” Toshiba firetv in the kids playroom and it’s been great.

I just replaced my 2 year old 55" TCL with built in Roku that was a great deal at the time. TVs should last more than 2 years.

Ignore fire tv being built in, and then get a fire cube add on that’s what we did
