I’m not sure if my kids are messing with our Ecobee or what, my wife keeps finding the temp set to high temps, like 78. She found it today and it happened a couple weeks ago. I have high temp alerts turned on and push notifications, but they only go to my email, not getting alerts on my phone. Ideas?

Download the data from Ecobee. com into Excel and do a pivot table analysis. Look at cooling set point changes including date and time.

@apprehensible It's in the settings somewhere. I don't remember off the top of my head. You pick a four digit pin.

I have this issue with mine too. Mine is a Sensi and wake up in the morning hot with temp showing 76. Ended up at this time of year just turning it to off at bedtime

Your provider will offer email to text, just send an email to <your-phone-no>@<provider-email-gateway> but you will have to find out what the name of the email gateway is called from your provider
