Anyone using Lutron Caseta with Samsung SmartThings hub? How does it work? Can the hub adopt the switches directly like Wink or do I need to use the Lutron Hub as well? Does the SmartThing Hub support both dimming and on/off switches? How about Fan switches? I have way too much invested in Lutron to pic a Wink replacement hub and find out most of my switches won't work.

You would need the Lutron Bridge. The SmartThings integration supports on/off and dimmers. Luton Fans aren't officially supported by SmartThings at the moment.

So all my switches need to be moved over to the Lutron bridge and then the bridge connected to SmartThings. Correct?

@grefer correct. Lutron switches to the Lutron Bridge, then that's connected to SmartThings. Z-wave and Zigbee devices can connect be paired directly to the SmartThings hub. (Hubitat also has a similar approach if you are considering that - you'll need the pro bridge and it's a local connection between the Lutron Bridge and Hubitat hub vs cloud connected for SmartThings)

I have a Lurton bridge to sell that works with Smart Things. Works fine and no issues. I recently switched over to Hubitat and had to upgrade to the Pro model for local communication. I’ll sell you this one at have the cost of a new one.

The integration with Hubitat has more flexibility, plus you can make Picos do whatever you want. You will need a Lutron Pro Hub for the integration, but they can be had 2nd hand on eBay cheaper.

That was my other question. I have picos configured to turn on multiple lights. with this work with SmartThings via the Lutron Hub?

@grefer I have lutron and ST. Lutron Hub gets conntected to all of your Caseta devices. ST brings in all of your devices via the LT Hub. You can turn on/off/dim no issues. As for the pico remotes I have one that turns on all of my kitchen lights at once and it works fine when I touch it. Not sure if you are looking for that via ST as well.

I assume the pico is set up through the Lutron hub, correct?

Id recommend habitat hub with a Lutron pro bridge so you get full local control and can use your picos to control other devices, fan switches are supported in hubitat but not ST
