If you are using echo speaks, try removing a few of your echos, or clearing out unused echos. That is how I fixed this issue.

@smutty how do you remove in the new app? What’s strange is I can see Devices under rooms, but not Uber the “things” tab

Not sure on the new app, but on classic, if you open echo speaks in the automation tab, go to manage devices, device detection preferences, dont use these devices, and then check those you dont want to use. Once you are done with that there will be an area where you can clear unused devices(will be in red), and it is a toggle button. Once you do that, it will clear the echo from your "things" screen, and hopefully fix the problem.

@angell I assume you've already powered the hub down for a few minutes and then powered it back up?
