^ Hubitat. To my knowledge Home Assistant can't run webcore. They use node red.

webCoRE on Hubitat was causing issues and last I knew, Hubitat would require you to remove it in the event you had issues and needed support.

oh interesting! Really want local but not interested in Hubitat. It's just not complete enough for me. The web interface is garbage and no app for the family to use.

It’s been awhile since I looked into it and noticed here are some recent versions of webCoRE for Hubitat, so I wonder if Hubitat changed their position on that.
