Bit off topic but figured this group would be a good source. Network security idiot here and looking into a VPN. Primarily want something to access blue iris feed while away. Any recommendations? Also, does a VPN completely change your SSID? I've done some reading a video watching, but still not sure on the best route to take. Linksys EA8300 router if it matters.

I don't really mess with blue iris, is that an app that runs on a regular computer? If so, throw zerotier on the computer, throw zerotier on the phone, connect them to the same network, call it a day.

it's an IP camera server. Pretty bad ass desktop application. Will check into that thanks.
