Question

Slightly off topic, but I’m having a Harmony issue not sure if anyone else is experiencing. I have three of the Harmony Hub based remotes. Starting around mid-December, out of nowhere, the activity power on and off commands started to experience a long delay of 10-15 seconds. I hadn’t made any changes to the configuration in months. Doesn’t matter if I use the physical remote, Harmony app on my phone, ST, or Alexa. I’ve been working with Logi support for a few weeks now but they haven’t been able to resolve it yet. I couldn’t find anything about a firmware update around that time, but it definitely seems odd that it started on 3 hubs all at once. The power on delays are set to 0, and there’s no power off delay settings. Once the activities are on, all other commands like channel, volume, info, menu, etc. are instant as expected. Anyone else have this problem?

Same problem. Been several months. Power off takes anywhere from 20 seconds to a minute.

@iodize70843 it doesn't do it every time. About 75 percent of the time. Start up of activities are fine. Softkey buttons on bottom set to control some lights via Smattthings about half the time have a huge lag in response. I don't know what the problem is.

I have 3 hubs. I had this issue. If you wipe and reset the hub (using saved settings obviously) the issue goes away. I have to do it every year or so.

I had the same issue. I reset my device and started from scratch and it seemed to fix the issue of delay. however, now my Alexa commands don't function correctly with my reciever. I also ditched my mesh network as I was seeing slow data transfer. I also upgraded my router to a multi antenna device and things seem to be better.
