Yep. Trying to figure out how to disarm the alarm without having to have it offline until SmartThings decides to come back up. May just have to unplug it

@rowden I figured as much. I pulled the plug and back up power from the Konnected alarm. Hoping that does the trick. Really can’t chance having to leave work if the alarm goes off with no remote access. Such a weak point for this system. I have backup internet access to the hub but with the network down. It doesn’t even matter. Honestly regret ever going with this setup.

Yep. Down. At least the Classic App gives an error. New App just doesn't do anything.

Yeah it’s back. But Samsung has some huge issues right now. I don’t know what it is. But They literally just told me there portal to email me is down. She even said “can we just call you back tomorrow? ”
