Isn't there a way to fix the z-wave or zigbee mesh? I remember doing it before, but can't find it now.

In the old app, click the hamburger menu on the left then click "hub is online" and you'll see the options

For zigbee remove the backup battery if you have the V2 version and unplug. Leave it unplugged for at least 20 minutes. This will put the zigbee devices in panic mode and they will reestablish their mesh. Zwave- repair can be done from the hub settings on the old and new app was well as the IDE.

I'm surprised there is no utility or feature to do a Zigbee "mesh repair" like how there is one for Z-Wave. Is your procedure recommended as a preventive maintenance or step every now and then? Most of my Zigbee devices are Samsung's water leak sensors.

Z-Wave utilities are under the hub>triple dot on the top right in the new app.
