I am picking up a new Arlo system and hopefully getting it set up this weekend. One place I want to put a camera is on a building that I'm sure is to far from the base to make a connection with the camera, but the building does have internet. Is there a way I can connect the camera to the internet and then to the base from the internet or is this going to take a completely different system?

No. The camera connects to the base, not the internet

Use a 2nd basestation connected to your home/ISP router via a long outdoor Ethernet cable. Then connect the additional camera to the 2nd Arlo basestation. It can all be run on the one Arlo account then.

@delbert It will depend on yr system. Arlo Pro & Arlo pro 2 basestations are compatible with each other, but Arlo pro 3 & Arlo Ultra cameras require the newer basestation & will be a little more expensive. Check on eBay.
