I upgraded from the pro to pro2 but have quickly noticed that the pro 2 doesn’t nearly pick up as quick, and stopes recording a lot sooner than the pro. Any tips or recommendations on this?

Assuming you already check settings for sensitivity and duration of recording?

@rubstone yes, I have sensitivity at 100, and like the mode on the pro I had it set to record until movement has stopped.

@rubstone after chatting with the representative the only advice they had to switch the record time to 50 seconds.

Sounds about right. Their support pretty much sticks to a script. Anything off that script they can’t figure out. Is camera in the same position as your previous? I’ve seen people comment on here in the past that the camera motion is best detested left to right (across) rather than to and from (vertical) on the camera view.

Position is very close to original, had to move slightly due to pro 2’s wider camera angle. That makes since unfortunately lol guess I’ll have to try and find a new place for it to better pick up
