I’ve had the Arlo Pro 2 camera system for almost two years now. After the first year I had a camera just quit working. I recently purchased an add on camera to replace the one that quit. I called tech support and we tried everything. Just yesterday I had another one go out. Both that are non functioning are from my original purchase of the system. My question is has anyone else had problems like this and is there anyone that might can repair them? After spending what I have spent I would expect them to last more than a year or two. I’m not going to keep buying cameras every year because the product so far hasn’t impressed me with quality longevity

Is the camera showing as online ?

@retrograde94824 No it’s not. You can take the battery out and put it back in and the blue light comes on the camera. Will not try and sync or anything

@bridgework weird. I presume you have done a full reset ?

@retrograde94824 yes, we did have a lightning storm Friday I wonder if that may have caused it to go

I have original and If you have blue light when you change batter it still good. Did you try adding back via website and not app?

@on6300 no I’m not aware of adding it back using the website. I may have to try that

I'm experiencing the same problem. I had tube Arlo Pro and upgraded my whole system to the Pro 2 and now 1 out of 3 outdoor cameras are not recording at all. And another works when it wants to.
