Question

I just purchased an eero Mesh WiFi Router and it does not recognize the Arlo System Base. The center light on the base does not come on. I have reset the base a couple of time but this did not help. The Arlo is plugged into a NetGear Switch connected to the eero router. Other things plugged into the switch do work properly. Any ideas?

Are you able to connect directly to eero to get it up and running then move it to switch?

I had to directly connect mine, then it worked fine
