Question

Question: ( my first question on this and I think it’s following the rules! Just tell me if not ) If I get the Ideal Protein Peanut Butter bars, could that be my snack everyday?

If it is labeled as unrestricted or restricted? Protocol calls for either 3 unrestricted “packets” OR 2 unrestricted + 1 restricted So of the PB bars are unrestricted you can have up to 3 per day

I think they are restricted but I have a restricted bar every day. Just one though.

Only occasional “packets” are limited to twice per week. Unrestricted & restricted packets are everyday.

If you go to an IP clinic there are or at least were a few packet options that were occasional 1-2 per week. On alternatives there is no such option, only restricted, unrestricted, or not protocol.

I use my restricted packets as needed. I don't want to become dependent on them.

I honestly think the term packets confuses most people instead of just calling it an item

Yes as long as it fits protocol. I enjoy Pure Protein lemon cake bars every day. It’s my favorite night snack because it reminds me of my grandmother’s cake. It has taught me to enjoy HEALTHY great tasting bars as a dessert now AND after I’m at my goal. It’s SAFE for me to enjoy these and I do eat one every day.
