About a week ago we had some intermittent power outages, the power flashed on and off for a couple seconds 5 times in the span of an hour - following this about half of my devices disconnected and my cree smart bulbs are painfully u responsive - Zwave motion sensor has like a 5 second delay before triggering lights to turn on. Button presses don’t work or take 5-10 seconds to work. Do I need to unpair and then repair all devices that aren’t working properly ? Thanks in advance

Start with disconnecting the hub from all power for thirty minutes to force a rebuild of the Zigbee network. Then once back online do a zwave repair

Before you do that, are the devices back online? If so, try a network repair. If not, cut power to them at the breaker for a few minutes and then see if they go online. If they don’t, then try a “replace” in ST because that will keep routines and automations intact. If you elect to un-pair, verify you can exclude the device. If you cannot, it’s possible a power surge fried some of your devices.
