I need to totally wipe my SmartThings hub and all the settings on the web - I upgraded my wifi Honeywell thermostats to T10s and can't delete the old ones, and my Harmony Hub integration, Alexa integration and Sonos Integrations stopped behaving nicely a couple of months ago, so its time for a clean start. Should I remove all my ZigBee and Z-Wave devices (I only have 2 of each) before I wipe the Hub and start-over? Is there something I should do to make reloading the Hub and reconnecting the devices easier? I could not find a clear guide on the Samsung Community page. Any help/suggestions appreciated!

Wiping is rarely needed. Have you gone through ide to remove them? Also what has support said as they might be able to remove them

Resetting the hub is a drastic step. You can force delete devices in the IDE. No need to remove, reset and add working devices. Check to see if you need to update device handlers and/or smart apps in the IDE. GitHub connected ones will appear in purple font if you need to update

I had devices I couldn't get to remove before. I emailed support and they took care of it.

Thanks for the comments. looks like I need to put some more work into getting things fixed before I try a wipe.
