I'm using a V3 hub and GE dimmer 14294, and on the app I have about a 1 minute delay before the zwave dimmer turns the lights on or off.

I'm using a V3 hub and GE dimmer 14294, and on the app I have about a 1 minute delay before the zwave dimmer turns the lights on or off. On my Harmony Elite/Hub I get a 5 second delay. Its 10 feet from my ST hub. Any suggestions?
