Hi.  Hoping for some suggestions.Hi. Hoping for some suggestions. My wife and I are building a home in Colorado at 9, 300' altitude. Any recommendations on an outdoor security camera system that can either save to the cloud (3mps up max) and locally, plus handle below zero temps? I'm thinking Arlo right now, but just started looking. (actually, I don't recall their temp specs). Also, if you were building a house, what other systems would you want in your home? I realize I want a controlled thermostat, video doorbell, locks, but any recommendations for controlling lighting or other ideas? It's a blank canvas at this point . Thank you!

Wyze Cams would give you local and cloud storage and very reasonably priced.

At those temps I would want leak sensors.

I would urge you to run Cat 5 or 6 wires throughout the house before they close up the walls.
