Hi all, first post here. I recently purchased and installed 2 Lux Kono Z smart thermostats, (their new model that has signee). my company recently purchased Kono so we get a sweet discount on them so I figured I would try them out. They are all wired up right and work perfectly at the thermostat however I can’t get the heating setpoint to change on SmartThings. Everything else works (fan, mode, cooling setpoint) except for changing heating, which makes them unable to schedule or change temperatures based upon arrival or leaving the house. Anybody else have this problem or have any fixes/ideas?
