Team, Looking for some help. I recently moved my elderly Mom from her house that was 40 miles away to a home 2 miles closer to me. Definitely saving me wear and tear. Here’s my issue: that old house had ADT Pulse as the home security system. The feature it had was Schedules where I had it set to automatically disarm every morning at 6am as she’s not very good at remembering her code. Moved into the new house and kept ADT. When they showed up to install at new house they showed up with their new ADT Command system. Pulse has been discontinued for a time now. Even though they sold me on the Command system having the Schedule feature, it doesn’t. Even their documentation talks about it but it’s not currently a working feature. Now I’m stuck waking up every day around 6am to disarm her alarm via ADT Control app. I don’t want to have to do this every freaking day. Lol. My question for the team, anything from a SmartThings perspective that can help here? Reading through other posts, can Webcore or any other product out there can help set and disarm ADT’s alarm? Appreciate any feedback.
