Looking for a little help please. When I launch the NEW SmartThings app it fails to connect to any devices and tells me that there is a network problem. The solution is to open the Classic app. The Classic app connects and works flawlessly. I close the Classic app and then the new app works flawlessly because I have recently launched and used the Classic app. Any ideas please?

I've had/have that same issue! I've tried to remedy the issue by calling support but they are only familiar with standard checks to only help figure out the issue with me. They've chalked it up to saying my tablet isn't compatible. (which is not accurate cause I had originally had the new app identify my hub at one point. The issue may have to do with location of particular hub when setting up and signing in) So I use Classic as my app

@menu2446 thank you for your reply @menu2446. I’m using an iPhone 11 so there should’t be a compatibility problem. I’m concerned about it because they are looking to retire the Classic app. Need to have this resolved before it’s retired.
