Help! Power went off yesterday for 1 hr.Help! Power went off yesterday for 1 hr. Everything working okay now except Cree bulbs (7). Says they are off line and to check network connections. Network is good. What can I do?

Maybe there Is a setting you have to change, when enter into ST hub settings should be a voice called insecure rejoin, if activated deactivate, turn off all device and turn them on, then try to re-add them

You might need to reset and rediscover the bulbs. Also change the batteries in tour hub.

Hub came back on fine End it even sent me an email saying it was working properly.

Sometimes you have to rapidly turn on and off the bulbs 7 times in a row and then they will show up again.

Take a look in the IDE (account. smartthings. com) to see if they also say offline there. Sometimes they say HUB_DISCONNECTED and rebooting the hub from the IDE can clear that.
