My hub went offline, I've disconnected power and unplugged ethernet cable, still not back online. Any suggestions?

Happened to me earlier today. Checked smarthings status and they said all was well. I unplugged. Plugged back in. Working fine.

That's not the recommended way to bring it back online. You likely have a battery backup depending on your hub version as well. I'd reset your router.

V2 hub. Neighbors were saying there internet was acting up today. My internet seems to be fine as I am streaming tv.

I have a netgear nighthawk x4 router. Do I just unplug it to reboot?

I woke up this morning and my whole system was offline as well. How did you get yours back online. I tried unplugging it and restarting it and disconnecting the ethernet. Nothing is working.
