I have the SmartThings wi-fi hub connected via ethernet to a Spectrum Technicolor cable modem. All works well- usually! Problem is if Iose power or the cable goes out, when things are restored the SmartThings Hub will not reconnect. It usually takes power cycling the hub and the modem, unplugging and reconnecting the ethernet cable, and muttering incantations to get it back. Doesn't help that the hub is managed by Plume which of course won't work without the internet connection, so I have no idea what the hub is doing. My Asus router had no problem in this regard and just resumed normal operation. Anyone have any experience of this or can offer any pointers?
