My hub v3 have problem to connect. I have restart it several times but it is on stuck on solid blue. I have restart the router several time also ?

Mine ver2 has been offline for almost a full day. tried resetting many times. No luck.

So if my SmartThings buttons are local and the controlled devices are local and the SmartThings hub is set to allow local control, why don't the buttons work when the Samsung servers are down?
