Is there a way to trigger an Alexa routine using actiontiles/smartthings? I would like to run my routine by pressing the tile instead of using my voice.

You can trigger an Alexa routine witha virtual contact sensor. There are also device handlers to make switches that alexa sees as contact sensors tha tmake this really easy to do.
