Well team, looks like the Zigbee radio in my v. 2 hub just bit the dust. After multiple hub resets, device re-add attempts. I'm simply not seeing ANY response on the Zigbee side of my setup. While cloud connected (my thermostat and smokes) and ZWave (most of the house) continues to work, all my Zigbee devices remain offline. I've tried to take the hub offline for 20 minutes to heal the Zigbee network with no joy. I've even tried to reset the channel on my Wifi hubs to ensure no crosstalk. Even the Sengled lamp I moved next to the hub to test with isn't sending messages, status or receiving commands. It's dead, Jim. Does anyone have an additional thing to try before I go to Amazon and order a new hub?

In the IDE under "ZigBee" for the hub does it say it's functional? If you reset a bulb and re-add it, does it work? It's unlikely but possible that your Zigbee network was reformed meaning the chip is fine, you just need to re-add your devices.

It shows Functional, Add device spins and spins and spins with no joy.

Did you do a soft reset of the hub?

@leader5 Soft reset, and hard reset with a 20 minute wait. I do not keep batteries in my hub.

What was the final outcome on this? I am experiencing the same issue today.

@riposte928 unfortunately, it cleared on its own. There's a thread on the community site with more details. I unfortunately don't have the link available to the thread at the moment. If i get online later ill try to find it.
