My Smartthings has been pretty rock solid for about 2 years or so but lately I've had an awful lot of devices just go unavailable. Doesn't matter zigbee or zwave, and it's totally random. Normally I just pull the battery and replace it and they come back up. Sometimes I had to go as far as removing and readding the device back in. Anyone have any ideas? I've replaced battery's in all the devices already.

Same thing for me I have 18 devices offline and can’t re add anything. With my Kwikset lock they are telling be to contact Kwikset. I’m going to pull the trigger on a hubitat hub

I got some Smartthings branded devices and a bunch of visonic door/window sensors. It's totally random when it happens and what it happens to.

I was experiencing this around Christmas. It was daily event. Z-wave repair didn’t help. It wound up just being a waiting game. Over time it fixed itself. Although many devices showed offline, most of them still functioned normally. Same issues with my zigbee and Wi-Fi devices. It was random devices every day.
