I switched ISPs and reconnected my TP Link switches to Kasa app, ST hub added them but they all say offline. what gives?

I updated the wifi on the app/hub and redid my switches as well

Why did you have to reconnect your switches? They should have just worked. I beta test routers so switch twice a year or so and with over WiFi devices have never had to reconnect one. Also New or Classic app? What does IDE say?

I assume the devices are controllable in the Kasa app? That's a cloud-to-cloud integration so ST is just relying on whatever TP-Link's cloud sends them regarding online/offline state.

Lights work fine in the KASA app, just Smartthings and even Alexa don't work.
