Trying to migrate everything to new app. I will still use Life360. Any easy way to change modes based on presence. For example, if mode was away and either my wife or I arrive home, change the STHM to disabled and set location mode to “home”. Super easy on classic and SHM. Not so easy on the V3 new app.

Yes, all you have to do is add an automation to control the STHM. If mode changes to x set STHM to z - or what you have above if using presence to adjust mode and STHM.

Yes, this would change the mode from night to home in this instance. WebCoRE would be a better choice to set restrictions to keep it from activating when the mode was night. However you would still need a new app automation to control the STHM as webCoRE cannot control it as of now.

@hashim22 I use webCoRE pistons (since the STHM does not have the "when things start to happen" that the old SHM had) or scenes in the new app to change my mode. Then I have automatons to change my STHM to go with the mode. Away>Armed stay, Night Armed Stay, ect.

Did you get a banner in Classic telling you to migrate? If not, wait for the banner befire you migrate.

Yeah, there's no reason to wait. You can even use both apps, but at this point it seems silly to stick with the old app when it won't be around for long
