Need help please.  Schlage Connected Keypad Lever Door Lock will not connect to ST hub.Need help please. Schlage Connected Keypad Lever Door Lock will not connect to ST hub. I factory reset it after Wink, Excluded on ST Z-wave utilities, then tried to add it to ST Hub; five times. NOTHING. I did the same for Schlage Touchscreen Deadbolt Lock and it worked first time. Please help if you have any ideas? Thanks!

Are you using a custom device handler?

I had a similar problem with my Schlage Connect deadbolt, once I relocated my SmartThings hub a little closer all was good.

I always did 4 or 5 exclusions in a row before trying to pair. May have to do it a few times but they eventually would work.

Bring it within 5ft of the hub and then try it.

All of the above, hub literally next to lock, do programming code + 0 to enter un/enroll mode and do the ST exclusion mode at the same time. Then repeat to enroll on new hub I've installed about 5 if them in different homes and have had 1 go bad.
