Question

For anyone that has the Inovelli switches with the notifications. What notifications are you setting up?

Front porch door opens, flash red and stop when closed. Mailbox motion sensor triggered, pulse purple until I tell Alexa to turn it off. Gates open in the yard, flag green until closed. Washer finishes load, pulse blue until motion is detected in the laundry room. Dryer load finished, pulse yellow until motion.

Garage door open after sunset. Eco mode on thermostat on because window or door open. Winter weather or thunderstorm advisory issued.

Front door unlocked is Amber.

@bazil once the door is locked does it default back? When I do this it stays the color I setup until I press the light switch again.

@cimon good point! I forgot i had to set up 2 smart lightings. One for when the door is unlocked and another when it is locked.

@bazil yes, frustrating that you can set switches to turn on when open and off when closed in a single automation, but can't do the same with unlock/lock.
