I am still using the classic app. I am trying to add a new user, but they are being prompted to enter a code into the app. I tried using the six digit code that was in the box that the hub came in, but that didn't work. Where do I find the code?

I think it is sent to their email?

I sent an invite to their email. When we accept the invite, we're prompted to enter a code.

Oh gotcha. Sorry not sure where you'd find that. It was a long time ago I did that.

Seems it wants the activation code for the hub. That code is found on the original box or if you contact support. Don't know why it wants it for another registration on the same hub however.

Did the person setup an account ahead of time? It seems like they're trying to setup a new place rather than join your place. I've never had to use a code to add a user.

Do they need to set up an account first?
