Hello, I’m using the new SmartThings app. Everything from the original app shows up in the new SmartThings app except my routines. Is there a simple way to add my routines from the original app to the new SmartThings app? If that makes sense. Right now I am using both apps. Thanks.

The new app has scenes. The automation app allows more functionality than the classic app.

@lixivium3 I agree but shouldn’t my routines have shown up in the scenes section or the automation section of the new app?

They will still work but won’t show in the new app. The new automations are much more powerful, and IMO the only thing I like a out the new app!

@empty2818. My routines did not become scenes. I only had three. Nearly all of my automation is WebCoRE pistons.

@lixivium3 I think I’m going to try webcore

You can duplicate them as scenes and automations manually in the new app, or you can wait for your migration message in Classic and it will happen automatically.

@crabstick4604 I believe that where I messed up at I never did get the migration message. Thanks

I made custom automations in the new app and it worked perfectly. Such as my goodbye Routine ran when everyone left. So in the new app I put when everyone leaves do whatever. It sets everything. Then rename the automation the same name as your old routine.

@doze10 sounds like I will have to rebuild my routines as automations in the new app. Thanks.
