Why are presence(phone) sensors displaying as '?' on actiontiles?

Why are presence(phone) sensors displaying as '? ' on actiontiles? Doesn't it take the info directly from SmarThings for the tile? New to this, just started 2 dsys ago

It's possible that these presence devices haven't been "primed" yet. If you leave you home geofence area and come back and still don't get a reading, please contact @cherish4284 support.
