Question for those of you who have moved from Wink to ST. I'm in the process of unpairing all of my devices from Wink but there are 6 devices (bulbs and switches) where every time I remove them they just keep coming back. To make it a little more complicated, they lost their labels, so I'm not sure what they are. Any thoughts?

I think I may have figured it out. I went to the hub settings and clicked Reset Z Wave and then tried deleting the devices again. so far so good.

@maurizio3485 I'd say once you have everything unpaired unplug the wink hub and throw it away. Well just set it aside for now, but that way it doesn't interfere with any of the Smartthings setup. Hopefully the reset worked for you

I assume those are zigbee. If so, it doesn’t matter - they don’t have to be removed first. Just reset them and re-pair once you get ST up.

Same thing happening to me. GE switches? It’s like Wink is in pairing mode and picks up the lights before SmartThings can. Turn off the Wink Hub and reset them using the Z-Wave exclusion in SmartThings and then add them in SmartThings. I still am working on my Osram Lightbulbs now.
