I have hub v2, switchs shelly (and one fibaro), amazon echo, broadlink and many pistons that command all of these devices and they are very slow in comparison two weeks ago . My adsl speed has not changed, what to monitor ?

First, try to identify some action you can use as a test. (Something that reliably takes longer than you think it should. ) Then try rebooting the hub and see if that improves the test action.

Also, try to identify if all actions are running slowly, or just the actions on a specific technology (Zigbee or Zwave). If it's just zwave, you can use the classic app to trigger a "zwave network repair", which might fix the problem.

@ondrej you can run repair in NewApp by locating your hub im the device list then tapping the three vertical dots on the top right and selecting ZWave Utilities (whomever decided to bury important hub settings like that reeeeeeeally needs some UI education)

Unfortunately, it's not unknown for a smart home device to go off the deep end and start swamping the mesh with an overload of communication traffic. If the slowdown is primarily one technology (Zigbee or Zwave), try unplugging or removing the batteries from one device at a time (just devices of that technology) and see when/if the test action comes back to normal speed.
