Reviews about the smart features seem dreadful. i wonder if you'd be better off just getting a dumb fan and a zwave fan switch

@adkinson49720 I’m a newbie to ST. Do you mean there is a way I can use a Zwave switch to use on my existing fans?

@mischievous yes. I have GE smart fan switches and have never had an issue.

It doesn't work with SmartThings.

@crabstick4604 agree, I have 2 of these fans and while they work great! They only integrate with HomeKit and hunters app is mediocre when you can get it to work
