What’s the trick in getting the sylvania RGB bulbs to show up? After a reset, when I pair it in ST (they blink 3 times during pairing) I don’t see them in the app. I’ve waited an hour so far.

Try resetting them. 5 times on/off with counting to five before turning them on, count to 5, then turn off, repeat 5 times. Then when you power on the last time, have it discover new devices after they blink

don’t you also have to pat your head and rub your belly while doing what you said?

I've repaired mine way too many times over the years. I've replaced some with sengled bulbs or smart switches. I realize you can't get color with a switch.

Do you have any custom device handlers installed?

I've heard there is a newer version of them that might need a custom device handler

try re-publishing any handlers you do have. Then reset and re-add again.

It was suggested to me in another thread that osram sylvania strips can be connected to hue (and then into ST via hue, as opposed to pairing in ST directly)but it seems that’s not the case in the US.
