Free change, depends what laws covering them as to whether it is refundable. If you can, change it rather than refund, as cancelling fully will crash the travel industry and future travel will become very expensive. Support the industry if you can.

I read on a thread further down that you can they would just prefer you dont. You may have to push hard for a refund though x
