Has anyone’s holiday been cancelled with love holidays ? Was it easy to get refunded?

I'm due to fly on 20th April they haven't been in touch once not even to cancel it

Ours was cancelled we were due to fly to egypt on the 9th April. Not had anything back yet

I had holiday booked with Love holidays when Thomas Cook went down -They were brilliant emailed to apologise and said they were dealing with people in order of dates of booking -very efficient-hope this reassures you and all ends well x

I will be interested to hear if others do get a refund. Due to travel on 30 May, lots of people saying don’t cancel? Flying with BA - they’ve been in touch to offer a ‘refund voucher’ - Love holidays say they’ll be in touch 7 days before the travel date

Most travel companies I understand are offering credits/rebooking rather than refunds (ours did, TUI)

I believe some companies are only offering transfers or credit but you can insist upon a refund, you may lose your deposit xx

I was booked with love holidays due to fly 19/03. They contacted me a few days before departure saying they would be in touch. Sent me a text with a link to live chat and all they said was they were generating an email to send customers advising of their options. I haven't received an email but logged into love holidays manage my booking section and all they have offered is a voucher for hotel. Lost all money for flights. Xx

This is illegal. Your entitled to full value vouchers or a cash refund (you just have to request cash refund as some companies arent offering upfront but its within your legal right) If they don't obudsman/ aviation authorities will help you xxx

My friend got her refund for flights and hotel separately a week or so apart, I think they have hotel money so refund that straight away but wait for airline to reimburse them before refunding flights. Hopefully that's the case, if you booked flights and hotel together as a package then you should defo get refunded full amount. x

My daughter booked a package with Love holidays and when she logged in to her booking it said she has to contact EasyJet!

If you get furloughed and dont travel till end of june will toilet me cancel for free

I booked a hotel with them (rather than hotel and flight package) for May. I'm expecting to get a refund from loveholidays.

We booked a flight and hotel with them too in May. What I’ve heard from many people they don’t like to refund either try to move it for different date or offer credit note.
