Hello Any of you had booked return flights, parking and insurance with Ryanair? How did you do to get money back? Ryanair page seem that is not working when completing the details of the flight cancelled to get the refund. Thank you

Cant help but my parents are in tenerif and are waiting on Ryanair getting them home its beyond a joke. Good luck getting things sorted

We were sent an email with click change flight or refund. Clicked refund Nothing has happened since ? Sorry no help. Husband is waiting on a call back

Had my flight cancelled last week. When put the flight reference in it says incorrect flight details. No on will be getting a refund from them, they've asked for a bail out. I wasted 4 hours on the phone to the f@*¥kers

@reno7527 yes 2 hours on sunday to try to change my flight as I had checked in it needed unchecking to change it. Then I tried to change the flight and it had been checked again but the call centre was closed so a further 2 hours on monday morning to only miss the time frame by minutes therefore losing the flight altogether

They dumped people in Morocco at 4. 50 PM then sent a message saying return flight cancelled at 1. 04 AM. Sly bastards letting people go on holiday knowing that their borders are getting closed. I hope they go under for being greedy and underhand.

@reno7527 I'm not really bothered about my refund, it was only 200 quid but it's awful for those people stuck abroad. Ryanair have a duty to get them home but they've abandoned them. I will never use them again.

I've had the same problem, kept saying incorrect details. I tried the webchat for 2 days but couldn't get through, I've sent an email complaint but still haven't heard back
