Hi guys, just wondered if anybody has had a holiday cancelled with jet 2 due to the coronavirus? We have had our cancelled and received an email to say that they would contact us within the week to see what our options are, I just wondered if anyone was able to get their money transferred back to them! Any help would be appreciated thank you

We where due to go Apr 4th and we've had our refund, we did have to call though. x

Should be open tomorrow and the lady I spoke to was working 12 hour shifts so they're really busy obviously but the money was back on my card within 3 days. Hope that helps xxx

They refunded my flights they withdrawn yesterday. I called them up, they were really helpful x

I had package holiday was supposed to go this monday phoned jet2 when they first cancelled flights an I have had full refund

Don’t worry they will call you and offer a change or refund
