Does anyone know how, if booked with Hays Travel, you pay the balance? I booked in store x

I saw something the other day and they had been telling customers not to worry and they will contact them when they can x

If the store has an online site you should be able to message them and maybe pay the balance online. If not, they will no doubt contact you when they want the money x

Call store it should be diverted to a staff members mobile as they will be working from home but it might be closed till Tuesday with it being a holiday weekend x

I would inbox them on messenger, they are quick to respond.

I didn’t think they’d be responding on fb tbh and didn’t want to be on hold for hours xx

If you've booked a holiday & are making staggered payments you have to make the payments or they can cancel your holiday & charge you a cancellation fee. I would continue to pay & wait for them to offer a refund or postponed booking.
