Question

Morning guys and girls, myself and 2 friends are looking at a short break away in August for 3 nights without the children, but we’re stuck for a destination, there’s some good deals for Rome, but I don’t know if we fancied a beach/party destination, does anyone have any recommendations? Cheap as possible but still nice I don’t know if all inclusive would be best or not, thoughts? many thanks xx — looking for recommendations.

I’m looking at Malta for me and my friend! Lovely weather, lots of history but also boat trips incl party trips, a visit to Gozo and in the St Julian area there’s a place called Paceville with lots of bars, restaurants and clubs! There’s some lovely hotels with a pool

I second this! We stayed in the St Julians area to be close to all the nightlife and restaurants but find the whole island(s) was really easy to get around and affordable. Comino and Gozo are breathtakingly beautiful too so if you go, definitely do a boat trip! We stayed at the BeHotel.

I believe Rome can get very hot in the summer but good choice, lots of options that time of year. If you want to party would you need all inclusive that ties you to the hotel more. Costa Del Sol cheap flights only just over 2 hours flight time when it is a quick break, lots of choice of resorts Marbella, Fuengerola and others.
