heighho Thats exactly my point, youre not covered for anything covid related, so you're not fully insured like you would normally be. So if you go on holiday and need any treatment related to covid, then you have to pay yourself. Or if you get sick with something else, and they test you for covid and it comes back positive even though you have no symptoms and its not related to the illness that you have on holiday, then you still have to pay for your treatment because you're classed as having covid 19, even if youve really been admitted with food poisioning or a broken leg. Or if you go on holiday and theres a second wave, which there will be, and the country youre in announces a lockdown and you have to come home, then who covers the cost? Or they lockdown and you cant fly home, then who covers the cost of you staying there until theres a repatriation flight? Or if you cant obtain your 'health passport' which you'll need to be able to board a flight, because youve tested positive or havent yet got the antibodies, then you just lose all the money you've paid because youre not covered ? Would you book a holiday under normal circumstances with an insurance policy with all sorts of loopholes that wouldnt cover you for all sorts of things? I definitely wouldnt . I 100% wouldnt in the middle of a worldwide pandemic ♀️ . Its not really worth the paper its written on because it doesnt cover you under all sorts of circumstances.
