Hi has anyone booked a holiday with tui? We've paid deposit and rest is due to be paid tomorrow. We booked in store and cant get through to pay rest. Online it says will loose deposit. Has anyone any numbers or suggestions please? UK xx

I was on hold for an hour one day, just stay on the phone & they’ll answer eventually!

1850453545 is the number for any bookings that were made in store I was on the phone to my earlier about 2 in store booking the lady to really nice and my helpful which was great after dealing with the online booking crowd

You need to pay the balance or in breach of t's and c's. Meaning your forfeit your rights. Even if its highly likely they will cancel it. If they do you get your money back. Simples. If you feel you don't want to travel regardless you need to speak to them to see if you can date change. Read the small print carefully. Goodluck x

Must be super busy. Paying a few days late generally is fine. Depending on the tickets booked. Is there an option to pay online or is there an online chat option. X

We were going in May with Tui we paid it all, full balance and have now transferred the holiday to next May at no extra cost

@hal78 my dads tried on the app and wont accept payment. I've just said wonder if it's because it's a large amount of money. Just said can he do it in 2 parts see if it will accept x

If you booked in store you can't make payments on the app, regardless of amount. You will need to call and pay. Good luck, spent the best part of 3 days trying to get through, still haven't managed

I'm on a tui cruise page and they're making allowances for late payments for those whose balances are due but get paid late due to difficulties getting through given the current situation so don't panic, it might be worth trying them on social media too?

@pickel1375 thankyou. Yes emailed, sent messages on media, made calls and getting no response. I've read that they will let us pay abit later but then read other things saying will loose deposit if not paid so still worried atm. X

@chaldron I've seen people saying they were around a week late paying their balances but tui were totally fine about it, I'll see if I can find the posts and screenshot for you to give you a wee bit of peace of mind. Try not to panic, they're totally overrun just now and the last thing they'll want is to lose your custom in future x

@chaldron it really is a bummer, I got my hotel and transfer back in my account today. Flights refund will be 3/6 months. Hope you eventually get through.

Does any1 known if we accept the credit note instead of refund of cash are we covered to get a refund if they were to go into liquidation (hope that doesnt happen obviously) just wondered if any1 had queiried it, we're set to go on 29th July so won't here for a few weeks yet don't want sit in a queue just yet in the phone lol Thanks in advance

Not sure if you have been sorted, I had this issue aswell I rang the 02036361997 and got through as I needed to pay the rest of my deposit, I was a day out as it was due on the weekend and couldn’t get paid til the Monday as they shut the phone lines down on a weekend, I rang and paid and everything thing was fine, nothing got lost due to late payment or cancelled for that matter x
