EDITED-Anyone recommend cheap ways to travel to and stay in Amsterdam?! From UK

The tram and train ticket for 3 days cost me about €12 a couple of years ago, should still be around the same x

Airbnb is great for accommodation  lots to choose from and it's a home from home. If you've not used it yet I'll send a link and you can get some money off your first stay

Then I always use Skyscanner for flights. Or go direct with the Dutch airline KLM. they are usually the cheapest flights plus you get a free sandwich and drink on the flight
